Place the gel pack in the microwave to heat it or in the freezer to cool it, depending on the therapy you need. Provides pain relief, swelling reduction, and muscle relaxation. Suitable for use on various body areas.

HOW TO USE
FOR HOT PACK
- By the use of boiling water : Place the gel pack in the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pack from the boiling water. Wipe it clean cloth and place in cloth cover. Now the pack is ready to use.
- By the use of Microwave oven : Place the gel pack in the microwave oven for 45 to 50 seconds on high power. Remove the gel pack from the oven and place in the cloth provided and the pack is ready to use. The time of microwave depends upon the initial temperature of the pack. In winter, gel pack may take more time to get heated.
FOR COLD PACK
- By the use of refrigerator: Place the pack in the refrigerator for 25-35 minutes and the pack is ready to use.
CAUTION
- The gel in this pack isnot a medicine. Do not swallow the gel.
- Do not use the gel on any part of the baby for any purpose. Keep out of reach of children.
